Guided Grounded Meditation === [00:00:00] [00:00:00] Cara: The first minutes this meditation. going to be all about grounding your energy. [00:00:06] At 11 minute mark. The second part of this meditation. It's going to be using your grounding cord that you've created to cleanse your energy. [00:00:16] You can stick just for first half for grounding or feel free to stay for the second part to cleanse your energy. Use what's best for you. In your time. Today. Grounding. My energy has been a difficult task for [00:00:31] do [00:00:31] consistently. [00:00:32] So I thought about making a meditation. 'cause I know if [00:00:36] I'm having trouble [00:00:37] with Others are [00:00:38] also probably [00:00:39] having with it too. [00:00:40] The benefits of grounding are endless. It can help with chronic pain inflammation. It can improve your mood and anxiety. It can also help with insomnia. I like to ground myself before any meditation, because a lot of times I get too much in my upper chakras and need to get into my [00:01:00] lower chakras to really feel within my body. [00:01:02] You can also ground by walking barefoot on the earth, you can ground in journaling and there are so many different ways to do it. But today I will be offering a grounding meditation. [00:01:12] I can't wait to get started. [00:01:14] Intro [00:01:14] Today, I'll be walking you through a meditation. [00:01:49] This meditation will be a sitting meditation. I don't recommend. Meditation while driving or using machinery. [00:01:57] I encourage you to feel in your body whenever [00:02:00] you're in a safe place to do so. This is your first time to the show. Welcome. And if you've been here for a bit, thank you so much for coming back. Enjoy today's meditation. Just like any new tool, it takes practicing it to really make an impact. You might notice something the first time, but the more you do it, the more you can feel it. [00:02:18] Let's start off by you sitting in a chair. [00:02:23] Take a deep breath in. And a deep breath out. [00:02:30] Close your eyes. And while sitting in the chair with your feet, touching the ground. Begin to relax. [00:02:41] Imagine that there is a rope. Think about all the details of this rope. [00:02:48] This rope is heavy. And strong. [00:02:53] This rope ways. Hundreds of tons. [00:02:58] [00:03:00] This rope is connected to under your chair. [00:03:04] What are the details of this rope? [00:03:09] What does it made of. [00:03:11] How thick is it? [00:03:16] Is it a braid? Is it a twist? [00:03:22] Does this rope have a color? [00:03:25] Is this rope consistent? From the top to the bottom. [00:03:33] Does the rope have a smell? Or a texture that you can feel. [00:03:41] You begin to notice that the rope is hollow inside. [00:03:48] And within this rope. [00:03:56] It is lined with a very strong and slippery metal.[00:04:00] [00:04:00] You begin to look at both ends of the rope. Is it tied, neatly in a knot or is it frayed at the end? At any time, this rope doesn't feel strong and supportive. I want you to. [00:04:16] Take that rope and start over start imagining. A rope that feels strong, \ secure and safe to you. [00:04:25] No, I want you to physically actually take your hands. [00:04:31] While sitting in the chair. And pick up this rope that you've imagined. [00:04:38] And I want you to connect it to your root chakra. [00:04:43] Because your root chakra. Is spinning the rope connects itself instantly. [00:04:50] Because you're holding the rope in your right hands. Take your left hand and feel the base [00:05:00] of your spine. [00:05:04] Now, once this rope is in that first chakra. There's a knot at the end, so it will not slip out. It will stay nice and secure within that first spinning chakra. [00:05:16] If you feel like you want to use. Glue or a magnet. Or anything that would make you feel more comfortable that this rope that you visualized in your mind? Stays connected to your root chakra. [00:05:34] Now you're going to reach under your [00:05:38] And take hold of the other end of this rope. [00:05:44] You also find. Uh, wait under your chair. [00:05:49] And you begin to secure the other end of this rope. To this weight, this very heavy [00:05:56] [00:06:00] Now we're going to take a deep breath. In through our nose. [00:06:05] Out through our mouth. And on the count of three you are going to take this weight and you were going to throw it into the earth [00:06:14] One. [00:06:18] Too. [00:06:20] Three. Throw it down. And this rope. [00:06:26] Can go millions of miles down to the center of the earth. [00:06:32] And you are amazed by how quickly it is already gotten there. [00:06:36] Now I want you to imagine what the center of the earth looks like. What is at its core. Is it crystals? [00:06:49] Is it rock. [00:06:50] Is it water? [00:06:54] What color is it? [00:06:57] What's the texture like.[00:07:00] [00:07:01] If you feel like your weight has gotten lost. You can write on it center of the earth so that you know, it's going to make it there. Just fine. [00:07:12] If you find that it's not making it to the center of the earth. Imagine the weight heavier so that it makes it all the way down. [00:07:23] Now that you've connected this rope to the center of the earth. You have successfully. Connected your grounding cord. [00:07:35] Now take a few moments. To imagine what it feels like to be connected. Does it feel cool? [00:07:43] Does it have a vibration? [00:07:47] Do you feel electricity? [00:07:50] However you feel. [00:07:53] Make sure it's a safe and secure feeling for yourself. [00:07:57] [00:08:00] Because of gravity, you find that this weight is being pulled to the center. [00:08:06] And now you feel safe and secure and grounded. [00:08:10] Now that you're connected at this cord. Is releasing all of those negative. Feelings and emotions into the earth. Where it can take them and honor them. [00:08:24] And allow them to float freely. In the center of the earth. [00:08:32] Now, all you have to do is sit back and relax. And watch. [00:08:37] The negative energy. Drain down out. Through your cord. [00:08:42] If you become distracted, just know that is that energy releasing from your body. And into the earth. [00:08:52] Visualize them sliding down. Through the cord. And [00:09:00] finding its place. Within the center of the earth and out of your mind, body and soul. [00:09:06] Now really concentrate on grounding your aura. [00:09:14] Imagine your feet. Have a connection to this grounding cord. To help. [00:09:21] Your body get even more grounded. [00:09:24] If you feel like you need to expand the circumference of the rope so that your aura fits inside, feel free. And visualize that now. [00:09:36] When you've come to a place where. You've taken. [00:09:43] All of those negative energies, thoughts, feelings, and emotions. Out of your body and into the earth. Give gratitude. For the cord. [00:09:58] For the earth. And [00:10:00] to yourself for taking this time. [00:10:05] As soon as you are done. Using this cord, you can imagine this cord. Bursting into millions of pieces. [00:10:14] [00:10:14] Once this cord has been fully destroyed. [00:10:23] You can create a new grounding cord. [00:10:29] Make sure you take the time to introduce yourself to this cord. [00:10:34] Ask it to keep you secure. And safe. And help you release anything that you wish to not keep throughout your day? [00:10:43] With your new cord. [00:10:45] It's time to fill yourself up. With your own energy. And add that light that you want around your aura and your body. [00:10:55] Imagine your [00:11:00] energy has been rejuvenated. [00:11:03] And you're ready to take on the day. If you want to take this practice. A bit deeper. [00:11:24] Close your eyes and turn inward. [00:11:29] And I want you to destroy your current grounding cord. And create a new one. Because every time. We destroy one and create a new one. [00:11:38] The habit of having. [00:11:40] The right chord for the right We'll become a habit. [00:11:44] Let's draw your attention down to your feet. [00:11:48] I imagine that you can see. Little chakras in each foot spinning. [00:11:55] They're going to begin to get bigger. And widen in size.[00:12:00] [00:12:00] And then you're going to imagine them getting smaller. [00:12:03] And you're going to imagine them getting bigger. [00:12:10] And smaller. In your mind's eye [00:12:13] Now you're going to imagine. That center of the earth and the texture, the color. [00:12:20] The material might have changed since the last time. [00:12:24] You put your core down there. [00:12:26] You're going to find a spot where it's clean and feel safe and security. You. [00:12:30] Think about what color it is. [00:12:34] And you're going to bring up this energy. [00:12:37] Through the dirt. And the grass. [00:12:41] And the foundation. Through your carpet. Or floors. [00:12:47] Right into your feet. [00:12:49] You're going to feel that earth, energy pulsate at the bottom of your feet. [00:12:56] This energy is going to be circulating, [00:13:00] clearing out that energy. [00:13:01] It's going to feel like a vortex spinning. [00:13:08] Clearing out that energy that no longer serves you. [00:13:12] It's cleaning that stuck energy. [00:13:17] And washing it down, back into the earth. [00:13:20] Now you're going to imagine this energy rising through your legs. [00:13:25] Touching the muscles and the bones and the skin. [00:13:29] It's going to go up through the calf. And the knee. Up through the size. [00:13:37] To the hips. [00:13:42] To your root chakra. [00:13:43] Or the base of your spine. [00:13:48] You're going to let this powerful energy flow through your body. [00:13:52] Circulate through. [00:13:54] Then you'll see gravity pull 80% of that energy.[00:14:00] [00:14:00] Back down through your grounding cord. [00:14:03] And back into the center of the planet. [00:14:10] Take that other 20% of that energy. [00:14:15] And bring it up through your body. [00:14:17] And as it rises, you're going to let it circulate through each one of your chakras. [00:14:24] It's going to go through the root. [00:14:28] Then the sacral. [00:14:32] Then the solar plexus. [00:14:37] The heart. [00:14:40] The throat. [00:14:43] Your third eye. [00:14:47] And lastly. The crown. [00:14:52] This energy is going to be spilling out through the top of your head, through your crown chakra. [00:14:59] And that [00:15:00] earth energy is going to be falling. All around you. Enveloping your aura. [00:15:06] And you'll feel it. Come all the way through. Back down. And fill Energy through your feet coming through circulating. In through your feet. [00:15:19] Out through your crown. [00:15:22] And all the way back down to your [00:15:24] Continue to watch this waterfall of energy. Come up through your crown. [00:15:32] Down to your [00:15:35] Oh, through your legs. And through all your chakras. [00:15:42] As a circulation happens, you're going to feel the cleansing energy working its way through your body. [00:15:51] Do you feel any sensations throughout your body? [00:15:59] If you're having [00:16:00] trouble with this exercise, you may need to adjust the amount. Of energy you're pulling through. Or how you're visualizing [00:16:11] I encourage you to. Play around and test. To see what works best for you. [00:16:18] It could be changing your scenery. [00:16:21] It could be doing this outside directly on the earth. [00:16:24] Encourage you to keep a journal on how this made you feel. And come back anytime. You need to. Cleanse your energy.
