    Time is of the essence when you have a little bit of time to work on your creative outlets.

    Today's meditation is to help us tap into our creativity. So I wanted to make this a quick, easy one for us to engage with ourselves, connect within, to bring out our most creative selves.

    I encourage you to take this practice however it feels best for you.

    Today I'll be walking you through a meditation. It can be used while walking, sitting, lying down, or even doing your daily tasks. I don't recommend meditation while driving or using machinery. I encourage you to feel in your body whenever you're in a safe place. If this is your first time, Welcome. And if you've been here for a bit, thank you for coming back. Enjoy today's meditation.  


    Begin by slowing down your breath so you can tune into your energy to the frequency of the guidance that is available to you now

    Breath in through your nose for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Hold your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Release your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Again, 

    Breath in through your nose for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Hold your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Release your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Feel free to extend your breath to a count of 5 for the next two rounds and be sure to honor your body on what feels good to you

    Breath in through your nose for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Hold your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Release your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    4-Breath in through your nose for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Hold your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Release your breath for a count of 4

    1, 2, 3, 4

    Continue to breathe long and deep for 1 min

    On the inhale, extend your diaphragm

    On the exhale, let it release

    This breathing pattern will ensure that you inhale and exhale completely

    1 minute……

    Set your intention to align your energy with the supportive guidance that is supporting you now

    Once you feel your energy shift to a calm and inspired frequency take a breath.

    Repeat after me

    Thank you guidance of the highest truth and compassion 

    For showing me the way

    Thank you guidance of the highest truth and compassion

    I am a creative genius with an abundance of creative ideas

    I allow the divine to create through me

    I am open to receiving the messages meant for me to create

    Take a moment to feel your creative flow to come forth

    Allow the sounds to come forth in the room around. Slowly begin to open your eyes. If you haven't already

    give yourself a few moments to allow the divine to connect to you and let your creativity connect.
