Daily Affirmations to Help You Step Into The Energy of Lucky Girl and Empowered Woman

Today is all about stepping into your lucky girl syndrome. This whole trend came out while I was in Switzerland. And so I really embodied this version of myself that I'm so lucky. Everything's always working out for me. And the amount of luxury that I got to experience on this trip was. [00:00:21] More than I ever had of my life. And so I come home. And I want to be able to experience this on the daily, no matter where I'm at. And so in one of my meditations that came to me to make an affirmation episode specifically around the energy and the concept of the lucky girl syndrome. So you can really tap into that energy, share it with a friend because we all need empowering to be the best versions of ourselves. [00:00:54] A big part of me living my embodiment is music. And so [00:01:00] these playlists that I create for myself are really important and I listened to them on the daily. The first one I have is ultimately my alter ego or my higher alignment. And it's songs that represent her that really step into that power. I try to listen to it before I record a podcast episode before I interview someone before I give a presentation. So it can really embody who she is, what she feels like and have that confidence. [00:01:27] Another playlist that I listened to on the daily is playing Solfeggio frequencies. They are so. Important in my daily life, I listened to them always. I'm actually listening to them now. And so this is something that I can listen to without words in the background, but I can still hear that vibrational music to really raise my vibration. [00:01:50] And the last playlist that I also listened to on the daily, as my money ritual. And it just helps me. Really embody that wealth embodiment. [00:01:58] To really step into this [00:02:00] financial abundant version of myself.
