I encourage you to take this practice however it feels best for you. It can be used while walking, sitting, laying down, or even driving. I encourage you to feel in your body whenever you are in a safe place to do so. Take it a step further and say one of the affirmations while looking in the mirror. Morning affirmations have been one of my favorite things I do with my daughter on her way to school. I recorded some on my voice memos app at the beginning of the school year, but I knew when I was launching my podcast I'd have to do an updated version. This time I asked my daughter which ones were her favorite and any ones that she wanted to add to this episode. I can't wait to share this with you. And I've never heard of someone dedicating a podcast but I'm dedicating this one to my daughter Hazel. I love you so much your joy can light up a room and I hope you keep shining bright.

Good morning. Today we're going to start our day with positive affirmations. Go ahead and repeat after me out loud or in your head whatever you're most comfortable with. Today is a great day I start my day with positive thoughts and energy my body is rested and my mind is clear. I am relaxed and non resistant. My day unfolds with ease and grace I am capable of amazing things the universe supports my desires today. I am calm and able happiness is my choice. I have a great life. creative possibilities are available to me I take action with faith and clarity I'm open to receiving greatness all I need is within me I bring light with me wherever I go I am healthy well and vibrant I'm energized and inspired it's okay to ask for help. people support me throughout the day I will be kind to myself. I believe in myself and the good of others I'm a positive influence in the world. Nothing holds me back. I am strong and creative. I help people when they're in need I love the way I think it's okay to stand up for myself. I am having fun today. I bring joy to others. Helping people makes me happy.
