New moon in Aries meditation

I want to share this new moon in Aries meditation. Aries is the first sign of the Zodiac and has a fiery passion. It represents a new beginning, which made the perfect time to launch my podcast. And since my sun sign is Aries, it felt extra special. If meditation doesn't speak to you at this time, check out my other episode formats, which includes solo and interview episodes.
Today, this new moon in Aries meditation is going to help us assess our needs and desires and bring them to life. You may use this meditation, however, feels best for you. My goal in meditations is to encourage you to take this practice in a way that serves you. If you're walking while listening, that's perfect cooking or sitting in silence. That's perfect too. If you want to grab your journal during or after, that's a great way to help bring this new energy to light. I hope you enjoy.
New moon in Aries meditation
I encourage you to feel in your body whenever you're in a safe place to do so.
- Allow a moment to connect with your breath.
- Pay attention to the rise and fall of your belly.
- Imagine a beam of light coming into the crown of your head.
Visualizing can mean something different for everyone. It be different for everyone
- a feeling
- a smell
- a taste
- you may see it
- or hear it
Connecting to your intuition takes practice, so if it doesn't show up for you today, that's okay too
- Take a deep breath in.
- Let it out, completely.
- Imagine this golden light coming through your crown.
- It drips down your spine.
- You can feel the warmth
- Let it ease your worries all the way down to the ground.
- Into the ground.
To absorb your worries with love and compassion
- On your inhale,
- Allow the light to expand through your body
- On the exhale,
- Send it down to the earth.
- Keep visualizing in the best way that suits.
Try to get to a point where your worries are no longer lingering.
- If you feel like you need to pause this meditation, go ahead and do so.
- Allow the golden light to circulate through your body.
- Let it activate your creativity.
- Let it activate your compassion.
- Let that golden light activate your motivation.
- Let it fuel your mission. Let it activate what fulfills your soul.
- Let it activate who you're meant to be today.
- Let it activate a new path forward.
- Let it activate where you want to grow.
- Let that light activate your new visions for yourself.
- Let it activate your courage.
- Let it activate your passions.
Think about anything you want to visualize and manifest.
- It can be goals,
- Habits,
- How you nurture your energy.
- Take a moment and think, how do I feel right now?
- Allow that to come through
- Give yourself a moment and ask how you want to feel.
- Do I want to feel,
- What do I need to do to get there?
- What gives me those feelings?
Can I devote a little bit each day to bringing that feeling into my life?
- You can journal,
- Set intentions,
- Move your body.
I encourage you to take time or on this new moon to devote time to self-care and be sure to show yourself and others gratitude.
Make sure you take time and this Aries season to celebrate who you are and how far you've come.
