This meditation is going to be a mix of your perfect day but with a higher self-perspective. We are going to think about this version you strive to be, that fulfills your everyday experience. I did a meditation a few years ago and I saw my life as very different than what was my current reality. It wasn’t until a few months later that I realized I was living this vision that I didn’t know was possible. So be open to what comes through even though it might seem impossible. I recommend this meditation first thing in the morning or right before bed.
